We hired Costal Care to care for my Mom after my Dad passed, and at first they seem like it was going to be a good thing, great sales team which went down hill very fast. Caregiver, would come late, leave early, but invoice was for more hours than the total working hours. Twice my Mom was waiting for the caregiver to show up at 7:30 (note we didn't want her "caregiver" there so early but that time worked better for the caregiver so we went with that time) those 2 time my my Mom missed breakfast which stop serving at 9:30.
