Very rude, yelling, arguing, & hanging up the phone on people!! No customer service. Lying about authorizations & doesn't give any explanations! Instead of giving authorizations, they send your patient's elsewhere! HORRIBLE PEOPLE! NEVER AGAIN!

Two different type of facilities referrals from this agency and both were “no shows.” 1. Physical for U 2. Divine healthcare Unprofessional service, both called to express their difficulty to see the patienet after finding out they had to pay for parking and wrote on their record that they “ had difficulty reaching the patient.”
