We have been with Coastal Care for several years, and recently my Mom fell and broke her femur - she had to have surgery and intensive rehab at a facility. Because I live halfway across the country, Rosella at Coastal has been a lifesaver - taking such good care of her, making sure everything with the doctors, nurses, and care goes well and being my eyes and ears, which helped me manage things from afar. I feel in a parking lot on my head. The staff were exceptional, caring, and professional. I am a retired nurse, so I appreciate caring staff who took such good care of me!
I had an urgent care need that required stitches. When I entered everyone was so friendly and caring. Blair Sewell attended me and determined what I needed immediately and got busy caring for me. She was efficient and has a wonderful calm demeanor. I could not have asked for better care than she and her assistant Evelyn gave me. The other thing that makes a great impression is that when you enter the office it is so fresh and clean. I am so grateful to have had such care.
Everyone here was awesome! They worked my husband in at the last minute for a IV. So friendly and helpful! Nice to have a place to go close by.
Great visit with Doctor Brandon! He gave me a thorough check, went over my MRI with me and answered all my questions.
