I’ve been a patient of Dr. Raymond Graf for over 20 years he is the kindest, most wonderful doctor and only has his patience. Best interest at heart literally I feel like he’s my brother and not just my doctor. The office staff are great too. The nurses are always so helpful and ready to answer questions if they can the only complain I can possibly have which is very small is getting through to the office when you need to make appointments it’s pretty backed up other than that it’s awesome.
I had an appointment today at 130. I tried callinv this office friday morning, and most of this morning, left a message, cant get ahold of anyone! The phone message scolds you about leaving multiple messages, even when they do not return messages. Because they do not have any of my test results to discuss with me, I needed to cancel, so I just wont show up! This poor customer service has convinced me I do not want to be seen by this clinic!
I normally don't like doctors but Dr. Dejamaru was great a 10/10 it feels like he cared about me as a whole person I loved that I would definitely recommend
this place is horrible, they took me out of work and then dropped me as a patient. now i have to start all over with a new cardiologist just to have my surgery done so i can go back to work and provide for my family. Do not go here Corpus Christi Heart Clinic was very willing and helpful.
