I had a heart scan done, was called 2 -3 days later and told everything was fine. But I still had a follow up appt scheduled 3 weeks later. I was 5 mins. late but Dr. Bunting took an hour and 20 mins to enter the room to tell me the same result. There was no reason for me to come in at all. They should have cancelled the follow up when they told me over the phone 3 weeks earlier I was fine.
