I am writing about my husbands care by Dr Hashmi. He is overwhelmed by the need of people needing his time it seems! Always so rushed! I never feel he has much hope for my husband. His heart is working at only 19% But the office never answers calls or messages Over and over it happensHe has to go over there to get help for refills. I’m glad we are near by. Dr Fletcher is very good but not taking new patients.

I have been trying for months to get in contact with Dr. Hashmi’s office for a POTS evaluation and consultation. The process has been incredibly frustrating, but the worst part was the receptionist. He argued with me on the phone for nearly 8 minutes, refused to transfer me when I asked, and was outright verbally abusive before finally sending me to the MA’s voicemail. I can never get a call back. Cant get a hold of anyone to refill a prescription. Sad

Multiple calls made and messages left to get in to see a cardiologist, no return calls. Urgent Care told me if they were not returning my calls, I would need to go to ER (although it was not technically an emergency)to get their attention. I did get in soon after my ER visit, but now I have and ER bill of $3,680 (after insurance) which could have been avoided had I gotten a return call after multiple calls over a couple of months.
