I have been trying for months to get in contact with Dr. Hashmi’s office for a POTS evaluation and consultation. The process has been incredibly frustrating, but the worst part was the receptionist. He argued with me on the phone for nearly 8 minutes, refused to transfer me when I asked, and was outright verbally abusive before finally sending me to the MA’s voicemail. I can never get a call back. Cant get a hold of anyone to refill a prescription. Sad

Multiple calls made and messages left to get in to see a cardiologist, no return calls. Urgent Care told me if they were not returning my calls, I would need to go to ER (although it was not technically an emergency)to get their attention. I did get in soon after my ER visit, but now I have and ER bill of $3,680 (after insurance) which could have been avoided had I gotten a return call after multiple calls over a couple of months. Andrea is the best. She literally saved my life 5 years ago, and continues to take a sincere interest in me as a patient. I love the encouragement to be the best I can be, so I will live a long time.
