If I had the choice, I’d like to give the office zero stars! My mom had an appointment this morning at the Templeton office with the nurse practitioner! When I went to check-in, they told me that the nurse practitioner doesn’t work there anymore and could we come tomorrow at 10 AM to see the new nurse practitioner. FOR REAL!!! I never received a phone call or a letter notifying me or giving me an option to change the appointment! Would they not have kept all the standing appointments???????????
It took 2 months to get an appointment with them. They didn't even know why I was trying to make an appointment when my Dr. Had sent over a referral and a completed heart monitor test. Noone ever picks up the phone. I wasn't going to leave a review but the receptionist was extremely snarky so that was my last straw.

I have yet to speak to a human answering the phone. 12 times in 2 weeks I left message giving my phone #. I tried acting like a Drs office even. Have yet to hear from them. After reading reviews there is no way I will waste my time.
