I was considering going yo this practice. But after reading reviews, it was a couple responses from the doctors office that concern me confirming there are issues with how the office is being managed. The reply back to patient complaints are defensive ajd not taking responsibility to fix the issues. Sounds like need to replace office manager and restrain people and answer phone. Where are you all?????? I don’t get any call back no one answers calls this isn’t the way the run a business so bad. Don’t use this facility you WILL GET A HEART ATTACK FROM NO ATTENTION TO THE PATIENTS.
Love some of the doctors at Coastal cardiology. I worked with many of them for 30 years. I don’t know them all now, but the ones I do know are excellent. Their office staff do not call us back, however. I have called several times with no results.
They never answer the phone and strive to get back to you in 4 business days. They aren't striving very hard.
They never ever answer their phone. I drove six hours for my results to Bakersfield doctor that ordered my ECCO test to coastal Cardiology but they did NOT send my results to my doctor who requested the test. A wasted day. Doctor in Bakersfield tried and tried to get results by calling your office to no avail because your office NEVER answers their phone. I’m changing to a new Doctor sadly due to their unavailability to contact anyone. They gave me two extensions to try next time and no luck with this either. Don’t need the ... read more
