They never answer the phone and strive to get back to you in 4 business days. They aren't striving very hard.
They never ever answer their phone. I drove six hours for my results to Bakersfield doctor that ordered my ECCO test to coastal Cardiology but they did NOT send my results to my doctor who requested the test. A wasted day. Doctor in Bakersfield tried and tried to get results by calling your office to no avail because your office NEVER answers their phone. Almost impossible to get a hold of ANYONE in this office. You are definitely just another number. The Cardiologist barely have ANY time for you. They are probably overwhelmed with patients. If you are having issues the best thing to do sadly is go through the emergency room!! Calling the doctors medical assistant is worthless.
Can never get a hold of them
I have been trying for months to get in contact with Dr. Hashmi’s office for a POTS evaluation and consultation. The process has been incredibly frustrating, but the worst part was the receptionist. He argued with me on the phone for nearly 8 minutes, refused to transfer me when I asked, and was outright verbally abusive before finally sending me to the MA’s voicemail.
