I’ve never posted a bad review before but I felt extremely dismissed when seeing Adam Niku. He laughed and made me feel belittled when I told him why I was there because I am in my 20s and “I’m too young to have chest pain.” He told me all of my symptoms were anxiety and will go away even though I’ve had pain my entire life. Now it’s even harder to get help at my primary care since it is on file that my symptoms are “primarily anxiety.” I still deal with chronic pain that has nothing to do with anxiety. Dr. Mohammed Hashmi was great. Very informative and created a follow up plan. And spoke to us in clear language that all could really understand. Staff was great too.
Can’t get in touch with anyone to get information, renew prescriptions, or get advise. Communication systems are broken
The echocardiogram my husband had went just fine, and the results were in the patient portal a week later. But, when we call our Dr to go over results, they tell us they have not received a report three weeks later, although they have requested one.
I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Coastal Cardiology. Everyone was kind, friendly, and supportive. I’d like to especially recognize Micah B., who was fantastic. She is highly knowledgeable and skilled in her work, making me feel comfortable while treating me with compassion and respect. Micah’s warmth and professionalism truly stood out, and I feel fortunate to have had her assistance.
