Dr. Mohammed Hashmi was great. Very informative and created a follow up plan. And spoke to us in clear language that all could really understand. Staff was great too.
Can’t get in touch with anyone to get information, renew prescriptions, or get advise. Communication systems are broken
The echocardiogram my husband had went just fine, and the results were in the patient portal a week later. But, when we call our Dr to go over results, they tell us they have not received a report three weeks later, although they have requested one.
I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Coastal Cardiology. Everyone was kind, friendly, and supportive. I’d like to especially recognize Micah B., who was fantastic. She is highly knowledgeable and skilled in her work, making me feel comfortable while treating me with compassion and respect. Micah’s warmth and professionalism truly stood out, and I feel fortunate to have had her assistance. If a doctor can't treat a patient but is aware of other facility that has more advanced tools, they should advise the patient to seek care somewhere else. I almost lost my husband,but was able to seek help at stanford who were able to treat his condition. I know of at least 2 other patient who had similar experience. Worst experience in my life.
