If I could give 0/5 stars I would. They washed my car and while cleaning it, the workers broke my door. I had already paid for the car wash and tipped before I got into my car and saw the damage. I talked to the manager about possible compensation for damages and he claimed it was a "pre-existing condition". This is just not true, I came in and my door was connected to my car and now it is not. I went again to talk to the manager about going to an automotive shop to get a quote on how much it would cost to fix it and he said... read more

Best car wash in Wilmington. Took my car in and it was full of dog hair as well as filthy. They vacuumed the heck out of my car and I can hardly find a single dog hair inside. Polite, hard working staff. I’ll be back!
