Enjoyed working with Frank. He was able to get me the deal I was looking for.
Slimy. Was talking with Zach about the purchase of a Silverado 2500hd, had asked him some questions about the vehicle. Told him I was pre-approved and just waiting for him to respond back, he took almost 7 hours to get back to me and answered my question and told me the truck was pending now in the same breath. Very unethical, and shady to sell the truck out from someone else.
