Booked Coastal for a 1 day round trip in and out of MIA on Jan. 5th, 2016. Morning pick-up was excellent- Good Driver, Nice Vehicle, on time, etc. Evening pick-up was your worst nightmare. Scheduled a 7:30 PM pick-up from Aventura, quick meeting at the Airport for 8:00 PM, catching the last flight out to TPA on AA at 9:50 PM At 7:25 PM still no driver and no call, so I called them, because I know they follow a protocol of arrival 15 minutes prior to scheduled time.
