Eric was able to get our Hunter Douglas blinds working (with Tom's help) even though the blinds were over 14 years old. Very pleased with the service and this repair saved me the cost of getting new blinds. Eric was easy to work with, responsive in our communications on scheduling and showed up right on time for the appointment. I true professional.

Stacey, the sales representative came out to our home was courteous professional, and provided us with many options to choose from before we selected our blinds. We also spoke with Tom the owner who is super nice and professional, provided us with all options to our questions.
