Ronnie was very patient with me and my Mercedes Benz. I had parts being delivered to the shop with no complaints. The front desk(Lisa) was very friendly and accommodating as well. Great customer service and great work with my Mercedes Benz.
Can’t explain how awesome these guys are. Tracy runs a great shop and does excellent timely work. Lisa in the front is very kind and accommodating. I had to get a whole door panel removed/ replaced along with paint blending. Even went above and beyond detailing the inside of the vehicle. Went to 4 body shops around town and theirs was the best price along with the quickest turnaround time, even finishing faster than what was initially estimated. Overall great people and phenomenal service. Cannot recommend enough.
Lisa, Tracy and Ronnie from Coastal Body Works were all so responsive and helpful when our vehicle was in a crash and needed repair. From the first time I called regarding getting the car towed to them, through completing a detailed estimate for the insurance company, they helped us navigate the whole insurance claims process and gave us great advice. They are very truthful, transparent, and honest. I definitely recommend them if you want a place that will treat your car like it’s their own.
Fantastic, I left messages requesting estimates to repair my 2010 Lexus, they replied IMMEDIATELY. I was told the car probably was not worth repairing, they replied NONSENSE. I thought it would take weeks, they replied LEAVE THE CAR WE'LL GET STARTED. I had no way to get home, they replied JUMP IN THAT TRUCK WE'LL DRIVE YOU HOME. They did EVERYTHING, appraisal, insurance, repairs. Car looks as good as new. I went from 'starting over' finding a car, insurance, monthly payments to...driving home!
