They are/were in charge of a property of mine and I've been trying to reach them for weeks and they won't return ANY of the 25+ calls I've made. Weeks later and I'm still trying to get a call back I'm pretty sure they blocked me I'm wanting my keys back. Now a few months later I come to find out they took care of nothing on the property except collecting a check property management means changing ac filters and anything to do with up keep of property they did nothing except advertise and collect .
They are terrible. Never answer their phone and their mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message. Do not answer emails either.

My experience with coastal bend property management was excellent! They were easy to communicate with & very accommodating! Lauren is amazing & she responded in a timely manner to all of my texts & emails! I will definitely use them again & recommend them to my friends & family!
