They are terrible. Never answer their phone and their mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message. Do not answer emails either.
They are/were in charge of a property of mine and I've been trying to reach them for weeks and they won't return ANY of the 25+ calls I've made. Weeks later and I'm still trying to get a call back I'm pretty sure they blocked me I'm wanting my keys back.

My experience with coastal bend property management was excellent! They were easy to communicate with & very accommodating! Lauren is amazing & she responded in a timely manner to all of my texts & emails! I will definitely use them again & recommend them to my friends & family!
I rented a house through coastal bend for a large family get together with people already having travel plans locked in. I just randomly got a cancellation email with no explanation, no phone call, nothing!!! I was under a rental contract and had I not honored the agreement there would be repercussions, but guess it doesn’t work the same for the renter! Now I have to find a new location last minute.
