Have a 9month old baby. Called in after hours trying to set an appointment for new patient (I’m the morning) he’s been running a fever of 103.3 and this call center lady told me she apologizes “they only take after hours calls from existing patients” and then hung up in my face with no information offered at all. Congratulations You’ve just lost a potential family of 6. Great job.
Dr. Patel always makes you feel comfortable he good with my daughter we been with him for over 15 years. My daughter feel comfortable talking about her illness with him.
First off I like the fact that it's a walk in clinic so you get seen the day your kids are sick and not scheduled weeks after the fact. I also like that they open on Saturdays. I just moved my kids to Dr. Patel from another Dr. in Kingsville. Dr. Patel actually listened to me and addresses what I brought up to his attention, the other Dr. didn't at all and I asked a few times.
