I have been trying to schedule an appointment since Monday, it's Thursday now- no answer and no one has returned my call. Do not give this group your business. ZERO stars
Hate hate hate this clinic. Can never get a call back or an appointment. Reception said she left me a vm 2 days ago that was un true I double checked. Parts of me wish I lived in fort worth again because dr.bradleys office would never disappoint me this much. For the many poor reviews this facility has due to poor professionalism from the receptionist and front desk staff, you can report this place to the Texas Medical Board if the lack of communication interferes with your medical care.
They need to either hire more administrative staff or fire whoever is there. No one ever picks any calls !! Ever
