This place is a joke. I have been waiting for a call back about making a new patient appointment for 4 weeks now. When you call my call goes to voicemail. All I need is to get refills on my meds. That shows me this clinic doesn’t care about people. I give them 0 stars.
I have had two children at this hospital and both experiences were amazing. Neither time have I gotten to have my baby with my doctor lol that's just how it goes but both doctors who delivered my baby were soooo amazing, nurses kind and understanding. Dr Dixon was my Ob and she was great too I just feel like you can't go wrong at this hospital.
How do I get someone to call me back I've been trying to schedule for 3 weeks
how do yall get appointments over the phone? Every doctor goes to voicemail and no one returns your call!!!!!
The one star goes to Dr. Noriega and her NP because they were amazing! This is my second baby and I didn't seem to have this issue with my first pregnancy but FRONT DESK NEVER ANSWERS!!! I call first thing when they open and they're not answering and it gets annoying!!!! I had to call 6 times before someone came to the phone. Like I said I really do love the drs and all but front desk needs a little bit more professionalism :(
