Another great experience. I'm three for three today. I was new to this business also. So, I showed up early to allow for paperwork. And to have insurance benefits confirmed. So I'm an hour early. And instead of making me wait they took me to the exam room and promptly do what professionals do best. The staff are friendly and thorough. I suspect there are no mistakes made at this office. If you are looking for quality eye care, go somewhere else. The glasses I have gotten from them have been poor quality, and the staff is often rude.
I had a good experience. I did have to wait awhile but it’s not unexpected at an office of any kind unfortunately. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because my glasses didn’t even last a year, one of the “legs” or “arms” of the glasses broke off and all I did was remove them to adjust the position on my head, wasn’t aggressive at all, there was no reason they should have broke just by taking them off my head. Emergency appointment. My Dr wasn't in the area. Was seen but I returned to Dr Moore who has known the history of my eye issues.
I went to coastal bend eye center 2 months ago and they did not make my glasses correctly so I took them in . They said it would take three weeks for them to get back and here it’s almost two months and and still have no glasses. When I go and ask if they are in they give me ugly looks and be rude as can be. When I call she says there still not ready. They must them up three times . When I asked if I could get some kind of compensation they said no refund no compensation.
