Update from first visits, I have chosen to go elsewhere for our family car maintenance. Found out was charged for services not done. I don’t like taking time off to double check a shops work. Paid a lot of money to have what I paid for done twice.

The only option that I can give on the establishment is that they will not answer their phone when you call to inquire to set an appointment, or to ask questions about what you would like done to your vehicle in order to get an estimate, so that you can determine whether or not if want to elicit their their establishment for services! I do not want to drive 30mins just to turn around and leave because they are to expensive or told that they cannot perform the services needed.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed as this morning at 7:30 am I waited to be seen first to get my Yukon detailed. I had called 4 days prior to make sure it could be done and was told yes. So as I'm waiting the owner came to the window and said, "I'm not too sure if my detail guy will show up at 8 am, but if you give me your number I'll call you if he doesn't."
