Never answer the phone or return your call , getting a good prescription is like pulling teeth. Go somewhere else
THEY had my son on 2 different CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES. But when we were 13 mins late for an appointment they refused to see him an give him his meds!! We had to take him to Er, doctor there filled his meds an couldnt believe they would do that with a child!! said for us to call a lawyer an we did, mind you now our son is 9 years old. SEE YOU IN COURT COASTAL!! You should be ashamed of yourselves
Would not send your child here! My 9 year old son who is on a lot of medication including controlled substances had to reschedule his appointment and they wouldn’t call his medications in until he seen a doctor so I had to take him to the emergency room because he was going through severe withdrawals!! This place is a nightmare and don’t try and call them you will never get a hold of anyone or a call back! I had to literally go in to get anything done and that didn’t even get us anywhere!
sucked. obnoxious staff. black on white power trips, clinicians who should be in therapy themselves...terrible and actually traumatizing as their resident psych doctor is a DSMV pill pusher. stay away. don't do this to a family member. its not help.
