Extremely unprofessional service staff! When I called the service associate answered the phone by saying YEAH. This is a business line and the greeting should be more professional. I inquired about a tire and provided the year make and model of my vehicle because I didn’t know my tire size at the moment as I was communicating with AAA via text during our call. "I strongly advise against using this shop for any service. The staff lacks honesty and professionalism. Every one of the three people I've interacted with has been rude. On the day of my VA safety inspection, the shop was using all three service bays, which made me think the process would be quick. However, it became clear they were trying to find reasons to fail vehicles and charge for repairs. They failed my car, claiming the rear rotors were installed backward and needed to be swapped.
