Very poor customer service, They will try to rip you off for small things. Don’t let them start the job without discussing the price first, compare with others nearby, you will be surprised.
Extremely Disappointed – Overpriced and Unprofessional I had a terrible experience at this auto shop. They charge way more than even the dealership, yet the quality of service and customer care is far below standard. The waiting area doesn’t even have a single seat for customers — you’re just left standing around while they overcharge you. On top of that, the staff shows no respect or courtesy toward customers. ☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience – Dishonest and Unfair Shop! I had a very bad experience at Costel Auto Repair in Old Bridge (2010). These people are extremely unfair and dishonest. I went there for a simple inspection and emission test. They said it would cost $50, which was $10 more than other places, but I agreed. A few minutes later, they called me and said three lights were out and it would cost $151 to fix! I told them three lights should cost no more than $30, but they said $71 was just for labor. I took my vehicle here for a simple state inspection and oil change, and ended up extremely disappointed with how they tried to overcharge me. What should’ve been a routine visit quickly turned into them adding unnecessary “recommendations” and inflated service costs that didn’t make sense.
