This is the same place as KRE, horrible service. Save yourself the time and application fee. These people have no compassion and will continue to take applications even if they know a unit is filled. Agents are never available to talk on the phone. Look up the reviews for KRE and you will see the same type of reviews. This is by FAR the worst I've been treated by companies like this during my rental search.
I have to say this is one of the worst property management companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They love to lie and tell you that your problems will be fixed but ultimately will take weeks to fix them. Never rent from them period our apartment flooded 3 weeks ago and they have yet to replace any of the floors except one bedroom. Poor quality housing run by poor quality people. There are a plethora of reasons to get into why they are so bad but just know NEVER trust or rent from them!
So not only do these people not answer you, they also lie in their listings. I was tricked into applying for an apartment that supposedly took pets. Then they changed their mind. Sorry, I wouldn't have even applied had you told me that. Was this just a scam to get my application fee?
Current resident at one of their apartments. We have had 5 different leaks in our ceiling since we have live here for only a year. They ignored the need to repair it for nearly 2 months. I had to call code enforcement on them and wouldn't you know it, no less than 24hrs was it fixed. But of course. Newer leaks were revealed after. The walls most likely have no insulation.
