This place is run by people who have never run a management company. Filthy condos that haven't been cleaned properly in years. They give 2 passes for 3 vehicles and tow you before they give another pass. Shameful behavior. Stay away

We were consistently harassed by a large wide hip tenant with two tall dogs there at the Barefoot Yacht Club. She called the fire dept, maintenence, and security to our room several times throughout the day lying saying we were cooking on the balcony. She was harassing us because we were black and Coastal Property HOA allowed her too. I called and left a message about her harassing us and had no response!
