Run away from this place at all costs. It’s heartbreaking to say, but seeking help here only made things worse. The staff at this mental health center were not only unprofessional but also acted in a way I consider completely unethical. They documented false information in my medical records, and when I pointed it out and requested corrections, they refused to acknowledge or fix their mistakes. Poor receptionist etiquette. Very inconsiderate demeanor.
Please look elsewhere for your mental health. Tawa never remembered anything about me after 3 years. Everytime he called, it was clear that he was just looking at his notes and reading from a script. Even with that, I constantly had to keep repeating basic information to him about myself. As someone who calls himself doctor, I find it bizarre that I have never received any real support from him.
