My husband injured his shoulder in August and needed surgery immediately. He has been on state disability since then and has now been dropped from his Teamsters insurance plan through his employer. I have been working diligently to get this issue resolved. In the meantime, Coastal Anesthesiology has been calling us and mailing us non-stop looking for payment.
