Dr. Ederer, Michelle, and their staff took care of my husband for years. We couldn't have asked for a better doctor. His PA's were always great and we loved Julie too. My husband suffered a lot of back pain from previous doctors. Wish we had found Dr. Ederer sooner.
I was dropped as patient without notice because a local ER called in Lyrica to treat face paralysis (post Covid issue). Bell’s Palsy is very painful, esp when nerves are trying to heal, but I managed with homeopathic treatments, Tylenol, ibuprofen, and acupuncture. The prescription was never filled and never picked up, which the pharmacy was able to confirm. I wasn’t even aware the ER had called that in months prior to my appt. Terrible office! Never answer their phone. The office staff is rude and condescending. Often rolling their eyes when you ask them questions. Will never go again.
The folks from the office, to the medical staff are first class. If you are in pain, go see them asap. Dr Ederer and his wife are the very best.
