Daniel, the NP, was very thorough and helpful!
I am a new patient and was scheduled for a CT scan and thought I was in the right place, but the girl behind the desk said there was nothing scheduled for me. If she had been paying attention she would have realized I was in the wrong place and suggested I check with the Health Infirmary just minutes away! I could have still made it to my appointment! I had to do the searching once Ami got home. No wonder this office gets such bad reviews.
The staff is rude and acts like they hate there job and doesn’t want to be there my appointment was at 1:40 I didn’t actually see the doctor until 3:35 and they were going to do bloodwork and made me sit for another 45 minutes and then came in saying I had to go to this lab to get it done because I’m on medicaid the whole visit was a joke the doctor came in for all of two minutes told me next time I could see his nurse practitioner so he didn’t see the need for seeing me anymore I will never go back to the doctor for any rea... read more
BAD SERVICE! Some of the staff do not have the patient and seem like they do not want to even be there. This one lady that is supposed to help you do the procedures gives you an attitude and expects you to do it on your own at times. They also take forever to send the referrals to the pharmacy and when trying to get in contact on phone by them they never pick up. Give it 0 stars don’t waste your time here.
Would not recommend this practice. Our first visit was incredibly lengthy in waiting time. Not great when you have small children waiting (over two hours). The following appointments were no better. There seems to be a constant mix up with paperwork and requests. Communication is lacking and office management needs to be reevaluated. Most recently, I have called for three days trying to get a medication refill for my sick child. Also had the pharmacy submit a request. First day, zero response.
