I had a recent visit to Coastal Alabama Hearing located conveniently on North Main Street in Daphne across the street from St. Paul's. The hearing clinic was very clean nicely appointed. The staff were very welcoming and polite. My Audiogram was conducted by an expert named Ms. Laura who was very professional. She went the extra mile to explain fully my test results as well provide copies. During the visit I learned that for a simple fee of $25 they can calibrate hearing aids. I've been using Coastal for my hearing aids for a couple of years now and all I can say is they are always kind and professional. They always make me feel welcome and never rushed. I highly recommend Coastal Alabama Hearing!

It’s seldom you come across a company with such terrible customer service or customer response. After finding my refund had still not been sent (told 2-14 days), it’s been 20. I contacted Coastal by phone, I received a reply by text that I needed to contact Tru-Hearing. They had done their part. Coastal did all the testing, Coastal showed me the benefits of spending $6 thousand on hearing aids. Costal reached out their hand and took the credit card. But the refund. They did their part.
