Overcharged for service and never received a resolution. Even after providing the info . No urgency when it comes to correcting their errors. Horrible experience!!!!!!
Hampton coastal air is a very disorganized business that over charges and if you speak to the boss over the company he'll protect his technician and completely disregard what you have to say. His excuse for the reckless overcharges is that he has bills to pay. Wanted to send another technician out to charge more money for something the technician didn't check. The best thing for anyone is to go to another company.
My family and I evacuated for hurricane Dorian. We came back to our air conditioner not working and our house at 99 degrees. It was a Friday night so we called to 24 hour service at coastal air technologies. We had used them a little over a month prior to this and were very happy with their service.
