Called this company to get a repair. Received a call from a tech giving me a time then not even 5 mins later the Owner Dale M calls asking questions. When i told him that i did get a quote from his company a year ago about replacing my hvac and i informed him i went with another company because they offered a better price, he immediately cancelled the appointment, informed me I'll be at the back of the line and told me this was happens when i try and save money and i should call the other company.
