We had a mini split system installed by coastal in Dec of 25. We recently turned the system on due to the hotter weather and WOW. It is an amazing system. There are 2 condensers outside running 6 wall units inside. 3 on the first, 2 on the second, and 1 on the 3rd floor. It was a massive amount of work and Coastal got it done in ONE day with 8 guys completing it. The entire crew Mike, Lisa, Nick, Dana, Alex, and everyone else were absolutely phenomenal. 5 stars isn't enough. During a heat wave (105°) I called, and because I wasn't a long-time customer, they just couldn't fit me in. They gave me a couple of phone #s to call, and I got an appointment for the next day. They called me back and said they could squeeze me in, but I said I was all set. That was until I got a quote. To try to keep this short, the quote was outrageous. I called Lisa, and she had her guys out, and they gave me a quote for a full heat pump replacement that was $11,000 cheaper than I had.
