5 stars isn't enough. During a heat wave (105°) I called, and because I wasn't a long-time customer, they just couldn't fit me in. They gave me a couple of phone #s to call, and I got an appointment for the next day. They called me back and said they could squeeze me in, but I said I was all set. That was until I got a quote. To try to keep this short, the quote was outrageous. I called Lisa, and she had her guys out, and they gave me a quote for a full heat pump replacement that was $11,000 cheaper than I had. *Update- the owner Mike called me and apologized for the poor customer service. He was very kind and understanding and is refunding us for the second visit.* We hired Coastal to fix the AC in our condo. Unfortunately, it stopped working again less than 2 weeks after the initial repair. They came back and told us the entire system needed to be replaced because our R22 refrigerant was low.
