Very knowledgeable. Fixed my unit when I was told it needed replaced!
This company was booked by another company to come to our home to service a mini split. We got an appointment and waited a whole day for him to come out.. got a call from him, he had to cancel. He rebooked for a second day… no call no show. When we called, he was at another job… he would get back to us “later on” with another day/time. That never happened.
