They installed a unit for us in 2022 and we complained from day 1 that it never got to the temperature we set it on. We eventually realized that the unit was installed incorrectly leaving a gap in our attic that was letting air out of our home. We’ve begged and begged them to come out and service and repair unit. We’ve had several lies from the owner saying he will send someone out and they never show. Do not do business with this company.
So I can not get ahold of this company to let them know that the young blond guy just cussed me out ran me off the road with my baby in the car after blowing his horn at me because I was going 40 in a 35 and he wanted to get around me. I tried to call the number to let someone know but the number is disconnected. So if you happen to be behind or in front of the truck with the tag CUK 1575 or something like that be safe!
Awesome job; moved in a rental house; been there for 3 weeks no a/c several other heating air companies came out and could do the job and it was a simple issue but Coastal did an awesome job; highly recommended
I called this company to repair my A/C which still under Carrier Warranty so they part was free. They come to my house change a small part in the valve a job that they done in 45 minutes, the owner of this company charged me $1,100 dollars for labor. The worst part is that he admitted that he over charged me.
