I have now tried to register for BLS courses three times at the downtown location and everytime they have cancelled the course at the last minute due to there not being enough participants. This time I even registered to a waitlist which I assumed meant the course was full, but I still got a call to say it was cancelled due to too few participants. With Brilliant instructor John Devlin ,I recently completed a CPR course with and had a great experience. The instructor explained everything clearly and made the hands-on practice easy to understand. The session covered adult, child, and infant CPR along with AED use, which helped me feel more confident in an emergency. The training was well-organized and practical. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to be prepared and learn proper life-saving skills.
Teresa Keon was an excellent instructor. It was a great experience and very valuable.
