The in-person CPR and AED training was fantastic! The course thoroughly covered essential knowledge and practical skills, using clear visual aids and hands-on tools to prepare us for real-life situations. I completed the First Aid and CPR course twice with Coast2Coast, and both times were absolutely amazing and full of knowledge. The course was very interactive! Thoroughly explained and implemented with hands on experiences which helped deliver the content and provide a deeper understanding. The instructor was incredibly kind and welcoming, he took the time to ensure every one understood the content and to answer all the questions asked.
It was an excellent course. I hope to participate in more theoretical and practical training courses offered by your organization (Canadian Red Cross) in the future. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the instructor, Mr. Ashraf Abdalla.
