Great course! Loads to learn
My instructor Hosam was great. I’ve done previous BLS courses for school but this class stood out. Hosam had a great way of explaining everything in detail and really brought the material to life. Lots of hands on experience and very interactive. I hope he continues to teach!
I've done this or similar courses frequently over the years. This was the best delivery ever. Not only has Red Cross made really intelligent changes to the material, the instructor (Pratt) was the best I've seen: clear but concise, lots of anecdotes, and very practical approach. Top notch.
Hot and dirty, no air conditioning. Instructor did a good job but communication was a bit of an issue.
I took the Standard First Aid + CPR + AED training with Hosam on June 18, 2025, and I had a really great experience! As someone whose first language is not English, I sometimes found it difficult to fully understand some of the technical terms and hands-on instructions. However, Hosam was incredibly patient, kind, and supportive throughout the entire course. He took extra time to explain things clearly and made sure I understood each step.
