Buyer beware! My partner, an ECE with OCDSB, has had first aid and cpr certification for years. She signed up for her recertification, with colleague, at Coast2Coast. Her previous certification was through the City of Ottawa Paramedic Service, (Ottawa.ca/cpr) a recognized certification for the city. Not only did Coast2Coast say didn't recognize her certification, there would be an additional charge to 'upgrade' her training for a package she didn't even need!
