The instructor Ms. Sinacki was very engaging throughout the entire 8 hour hands on course (9am to 5pm including an exam). The course involved role playing and games that tested your knowledge. I had no reason to take this course other than personal development, and am very glad I did. Bravo for teaching a life saving skillset in an intimate and interactive way. Thank you.
