Ken and the team are great. Very friendly and wonderful to chat with. I love the pace of the place. There aren’t many multi-generation family businesses left in SF. What some might think they lack in polish, I think adds to the charm of the business and the experience. A long-time SF institution! Check it out! Ask Ken for some fishing stories!
AVOID!!! This place is the worst. While they have nice things at a fair price, their customer service is awful. I called to inquire about the price and availability of wreaths rings, and the brother (it’s a sister-brother run company) was snarky and insulted my grammar. Then he checked the floor for the rings and his sister picked up the phone and yelled at me how they are all sold out. Gheesh. These people have NO customer service skills.
