22 year Navy Veteran and Took 10 weeks to finally here a reply from them... Referral sent from OPTUM on 3 separate occasions to no avail... Formal complaint filed to Memorial patient advocate,VA patient advocate and OPTUM..Pled with OPTUM to no longer refer Veterans to Coast urology! If your a veteran STAY AWAY cause they just DONT CARE with HORRIBLE Customer Service!!!
