CTC handled my refinance closing and failed to record the deed. They then spent four months working with the county on the issue without notifying me. I only found out weeks before my scheduled sale closing — too late to do anything but absorb thousands of dollars in transfer taxes and recording fees out of my sale proceeds. They refused reimbursement and ignored my follow-up emails. I’ve filed regulator complaints in both states and a claim with their underwriter.
I just completed the closing on my new home with Danielle at Coast to Coast Title and Escrow. She was amazing. She went over everything in a way that made me feel like I’ve known her for years. All my questions were answered and she knew her stuff. Since the first day I met her, she has been on top of everything and kept in touch with me. I would most definitely use her again if I need a title company.
Stephanie Dyminski worked on my refi project with my home. There were some problems with rocket as they paid everything on my ins at the same time i closed! Stephanie was responsive to my calls and took quick action to adjust the funds needed to close my deal. I was super stressed out over all of this.
