Non-responsive on recent order with 50% down payment. I was a returning customer who had ordered shades from Vincent in 2022. I had a great experience so I decided to do another part of the house. Vincent stopped by the house on June 6th 2024 where we placed a 50% down payment via Zelle to Coast To Coast Shutters & Shades. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Coast to coast shutters & shade owner/employee Frank Vincent Cerbini has become completely unresponsive after your deposit. He provides you with a free home consultation, informs you your order takes approximately 4-6 weeks to arrive and install, upon receiving the 50% deposit he is unreachable. As mentioned on prior reviews, you feel you’ve been SCAMMED. Please do not consider this company to do business with as Vincent doesn’t run a reliable nor honorable service.
Scammed out of our money. Business closed. Disappeared. We are among many who have been scammed. What a complete and utter disappointment and they were recommended to us by a reputable contractor.
