UNETHICAL . BEWARE. Long story short Maria Mulle, broker, rented an apartment to my husband and I (I’m 5 months pregnant) and it had a huge BED BUG INFESTATION as well as roaches. I had a NIGHTMARE experience with Coast to Coast Realty. During our lease signing they assured us there were no pests, did a disclosure and everything, and as soon as we moved in, it’s clear there’s full-on roach and BEDBUG infestation. Exterminator said the issue stemmed from throughout the building and was pre-existing.
