Josh was the best realtor we have dealt with! He was honest and up front about everything, even if we didn’t want to hear it. There was no hiding anything from us and he was completely honest and transparent. There were also no surprises at the closing table. Everything went smoothly and without any undo stress. Not that I want to ever sell my house, but if I did Josh is the only person I would work with.

Sketchy Businessman Jacob Kight I would not recommend this business man if you are looking for a honest person who stands by their word. Mr. Kight also operates a local fishing charter service. "Captain Jake" as he goes by was recently discovered to be far from honest and person who stands by his word. When my family and I were in the area recently, I booked a fishing charter with him. Josh and the team at Coast to Coast were great to work with. He was able to navigate a pretty complex and dynamic situation with the fluctuations in the housing market over the last six months and and still sold our house for asking price. If you're active duty military or retired, he's very knowledgable on the VA loan process and all of the nuances therein. I highly recommend him for all of your real estate needs.
