THIS BUSINESS IS TERRIBLE! Worst experience with a realtor in 23 years of military service & 11 moves! . ADMINISTRATIVELY INCOMPETENT. Conveniently failed to provide physical papers for me to document damages in the house upon moving in. Despite repeated requests to have him assess the house the day we moved out, he was very insistent that he wanted us moved away when he assessed the house. Josh was the best realtor we have dealt with! He was honest and up front about everything, even if we didn’t want to hear it. There was no hiding anything from us and he was completely honest and transparent. There were also no surprises at the closing table. Everything went smoothly and without any undo stress. Not that I want to ever sell my house, but if I did Josh is the only person I would work with.
This company helped us buy our house, rent it out when we got stationed overseas and sell it. Josh and Tami were amazing! They stayed on top of everything. We would have never been able to do it without them. If you need to buy, sell or need a rental manager Coast to Coast real estate is who to go with.
