Hired them for transom repair — patch cracked again after 2 days, gel‑coat bubbled, no sealant visible. Tech claimed “it was a hidden flaw — not our fault.” No inspection report, no material list, no phone reply after 3 tries. When I demanded refund, owner said “we only give store credit — expires in 7 days.” Coast to Coast Marine? More like _Chaos, Overcharged, Sinking Service — You’ll Lose Your Boat, Your Patience, and Your Summer Plans._ Avoid like a stormy sea — you’ll get capsized every time.

Paid $1,800 to replace a bilge pump — unit still won’t activate. Said “it’s the wiring,” then quoted another $300 “to trace the circuit.” No written estimate, no parts receipt, no warranty card. When I asked for update, manager ghosted after one email. Coast to Coast? More like _Cost to Coast — You’ll Lose Your Waterproofing, Your Wallet, and Your Faith in “Nationwide Experts.”_
