He even stated that these were "the best tires you could get," when in reality I paid top dollar for a piece of absolute crap. DONT DO BUSINESS! CON ARTIST'S! – Do not do business with these people!!! The worst company that I have ever dealt with. Scott the manager may sound convincing and smooth at first but all they want is your money. I went there and asked them if they could get me a set of wheels that I have been looking around for, and Troy (Scott's midget worker) told me that he could get the wheels, and it would take about 3-5 days for them to come in. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT SELECTION, LOW PRICES – I purchased a set of rims and tires that I thought I would like. When they started to put them on my truck I realized I made they wrong choice..I asked Scott if I was able to look around for something else. Without hesitation he and his workers put my stock rims back on and I started the whole process over. BEWARE! – Over the past two years I've purchased two sets of wheels and three sets of tires spending over $6000. Recently I sent my girlfriend to coast-to-coast to purchase two rear tires for her Mercedes.Thats when Steve took it upon himself to take my girlfriends phone number out of their computer and start texting her as late as 9 PM asking her if they can get together sometime. Great service all around!! – Scott and Steve had excellent service throughout the week of contact we kept...When I finally went in to get my tires done, I had all 4 replaced....they even took one of my good tires from the front and put in on my spare wheel for me for no extra charge!! It was all done within an hour! When I had trouble with my bank card at the end, scott even helped me when I called my bank and was having trouble! I will be returning time and time again!!
Bad Business – I had some new tires put on my car and it took almost 3 hours! I sat in their waiting room with no AC on a 90+ degree day. I ask if it was hot in there and they said its hot outside so there is nothing they can do. The place is soo dirty and unorganized that you wonder why I was the only guy in there for the 3 hours I was there. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
