Warning!! Do Not Do Business With This Company! – There is not much that I can add to the other postings except to say that each of them reflect the same expreience that I had. Scott and Steve are (in my opinion) a couple of real shysters. They repeatedly lied to me about my order status, reneged on multiple promises, refused to return my calls, and ultimately refused to cancel my order and refund my money. All in all, the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. Buyer be ware!

I have been in bussiness for 16 years and I should know what I'm doing but the smooth talking Scott had me beleaving everything he said. To bad it was all a lie from start to finish. The worst Customer service EVER! – I have to agree with the other two comments. Their initial customer service is great, but if you have any kind of issue don't expect any kind of resolution. Steve (Salesman) will lie to your face and will not own up to any issues. I do not recommend this company and I would advise looking them up on a consumer reporting site. I wished I would have researched this company before I made my purchase.
Warning-Fooled B-e-t-t-e-r Bus Bureau as well – Still no resolution,it has been more than 8-months since i ordered product still nothing.I even hired a lawyer, but they know it will cost more to take them to court then not to deliver
Worst customer service experienced – The "manager" would not refund our money even though he did not have the appropriate product we ordered and they did no work to our car. When speaking with, Scott and Steve, they were both rude, condescending, and very impatient. We still have no product and did not get our money refunded.
