This was one sales call that I was very happy to get. I can't say that about most of them. I think it was mainly because Adrienne was so very good at her job. She explained what products they had to fit with what machines we had and their pricing and warranty. I couldn't believe the pricing because it was so much better than what I have been paying!!Her customer service was A+ and I will not hesitate in contacting her when I need to re-order. Adrienne is wonderful with a very pleasant voice. :)
I was skeptical at first to use remanufactured cartridges. Kristina Gonzales is great at her job and convinced me to try them. I order them for the company I work for and we have many printers. The cost of the brand name ink is huge. Coast to Coast cartridges are about half the cost and have a 2 year warranty. I love them!
