Great experience, treated my well, very happy
Absolutely the worst experience ever , Matthew Thompson the owner actually sold me a lemon . He promised me the world and gave me nothing , he told me he would have my car that I paid big money for scratch free and the seal replaced around the sunroof before I picked it up . Well this never happened, nor did he give me the owners manual . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Way too many issues to even attempt to write a review. Everything that was promised of to be done on this vehicle prior to pick up were not done!! Even the salesman agreed on a full tank of petrol, his come back was, “well I’m not the boss”, well don’t bloody well agree to it and reneg, as is what happened to other items that were supposed to be done. I bought a car in January and have since been told by my mechanic it has major faults and issues and there’s no way I should have been sold this car as it’s unsafe and doesn’t meet roadworthy requirements and is going to coast thousands to make safe to drive I have sent emails and tried to call and been ignored and have been driving around in a car that’s unsafe with my family. I am beyond disgusted.
Extremely bad customer service and car buying experience, and it was an uncomfortable and unhelpful experience, the salesman was not good at all, they were very pushy and rude to us. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. Go to any other car yard where they actually respect you and don’t try to force you into buying a bad car.
