I received an email offer for two free nights at one of their resorts if I attended a presentation on their membership camping. The only contact method given was to respond via email to the ad, which I did. The website said that I would be contacted within 5 days. Well, it's been 10 and no contact has been made. Very disappointed in their service and advertising.
I'm in my third week of trying to access my Good Sam Coast to Coast Resorts online profile. I have received no response from the organization's information technology department regarding my problem. I have spoken with customer service representatives Torey, Swati, and a third representative, whose name I cannot remember. But on the third attempt, Swati connected with the right person to solve my problem. The response time was slower than expected, and the process could be improved for efficiency.

I am continually impressed with the customer service from Coast to Coast and Good Sam. In dealing with Farrah today as an example, she modified my travel plans with ease, professionalism and comfort. Knowing such flexibility exists makes my travel plans so much easier
