We have had easy good closings before but this was even more so. It was the heat of July and our car ac died. We couldnt leave our dogs outside. The staff was more than welcoming to our dogs since they needed ac... the manager and staff welcomed our dogs wholeheartedly. The closer was quick and professional. It was pretty much painless. My husband and I recently bought our first house and worked with Merle. She was excellent. We were thrilled that she was able to get everything done quickly which allowed us to get into the new house by Christmas. She patiently helped us understand everything and even had toys for our toddlers to keep them entertained while we signed. Thank you!
