There was a lack of communication, and lack of urgency from the team here that lead to unnecessary surprises and delays. I would recommend avoiding them, as it will save you money and time.

We have had easy good closings before but this was even more so. It was the heat of July and our car ac died. We couldnt leave our dogs outside. The staff was more than welcoming to our dogs since they needed ac... the manager and staff welcomed our dogs wholeheartedly. The closer was quick and professional. It was pretty much painless. Even bankwiring the funds. The staff in the outside office were so nice. They loved on our 3 dogs and praised them. The dogs were kept nice and cool and they even had dog snacks for them. .
