I've been a real estate broker for over 10 years and never before have I experienced such complete disregard for a request for a Title report, The customer service “lack of” is unreal, There ability to email you an autmatic reply verbatum is 5 star though how ever rude and flippant the reply may be. I would give this minus stars if I could and would highly recommend staying away from this Title company if you are looking for Timely/Professional and courteous customer service. Tha complete opposite is true.

There was a lack of communication, and lack of urgency from the team here that lead to unnecessary surprises and delays. I would recommend avoiding them, as it will save you money and time.
