I had an excellent experience at this doctor's office. As soon as I arrived I was welcomed by staff, filled registration forms and was brought back to see the doctor no long wait. The staff was friendly and professional I am very grateful to the front desk for their efficiency and kindness. The doctor took the time to really listen to my concerns. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality care.
Front Desk is amazing they really make u feel welcomed and not an inconvenience like other offices staff was very friendly kudos to Priscila she helped me out very pleasant girl.The bad reviews are insane people are so dumb they make their own life hard, why prefill online forms without asking staff if online registration is ok? some offices still need paper forms I suggest to all the people complaining about that to check and use your logic before u fill out anything that wasn't asked by Staff! I had never had a most pleasant time in the doctors office, the front desk was very pleasant they were very welcoming ,very well organized and very helpful, the rooms were clean, registration was fast only ID & Insurance presentation, 3 paper forms and I was brought to a room fast after finishing my forms, the doctor was very helpful reassuring any questions. I definitely recommend this office very content with my experience.
I was referred to Dr. Arcovedo and scheduled an appointment for 4:00 PM, arriving on time. Upon arrival, I was asked to complete additional paperwork despite having already spent 10–15 minutes filling out forms online, including my insurance information. I was then given even more forms and asked for my insurance cards again, with the explanation that they “can’t access that information because it’s only for the hospital.” I was not seen until 4:45 PM.
