The worst surgical experiance I've ever had. The staff is unprofessional, and cannot communicate with each other. I would highly recommend to look somewhere else. Dr. Stephen Summers turned a minor umbelical hernia the size of a pea that didn't need to be fixed right away and did not need a mesh into a full invasive procedure. Before he stated he needed to make a "small incision at the hernia." An arthroscopic prodecure or slit where the hernia is would had been sufficient by a skilled surgeon. Doctor Rodolfo Arcovedo is one of the best surgeons in Chula vista he schedules surgeries within 1-2 weeks and staff is very helpful and friendly
I've had no issues with Dr. Yang or any of the staff helping him/checking me in. Dr. Yang did my second pilonidal cyst removal & he was really good at first the procedure, but also easing my anxieties. I just had an urgent (to me) post-op visit bc it opened in one spot & he was just so relaxed & calm. That really helped make me feel at ease.
